Accounts Receivable (AR) Contractor

Independent Contractor | Remote

Nexus Workforce, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Contractor to support payment coordination with U.S. clients.

In this role, you will assist with the collection, tracking, and coordination of authorized client payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reporting. You will operate under clear company instructions and established internal controls, with no discretionary authority over funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate receipt of authorized client payments through approved channels
  • Track and document receivables accurately
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices or balances per company procedures
  • Record all activity in the company's reporting system
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues as required
Contractor Status
  • This is a W-9 independent contractor role
  • You are responsible for your own taxes and filings

Compensation
